What you need to know
Do I need any prior experience with light language?
None at all. This course begins with the foundation and moves you through a complete initiation. If you've had felt experiences with frequency, sound, or symbols but no framework, this is especially designed for you. You may have been living with dormant light language your entire life without the name for it.
What if I feel silly or self-conscious making sounds?
This is one of the most common fears — and Module 4 addresses it directly, honestly, and with deep compassion. The fear of your own voice is one of the most common wounds this course heals. You are not required to perform for anyone. You practice alone, in your own space, at your own pace. Many women find that the self-consciousness dissolves within the first session.
How long will it take to complete?
The course is designed to be completed over 3–4 weeks, but it is entirely self-paced. Each module takes between 45 and 90 minutes, including practice time. You can go deeper or lighter depending on where you are. Many students return to specific modules — particularly the Module 6 healing session — many times after completing the course.
